A word from Sam Davies, Director of QDH
Welcome!
My name is Sam Davies and I am the Founder & Managing Director of Queensland Designer Homes. QDH is located on the south side of Brisbane and provides Building Design & Drafting services to Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast.
Personally, my 19+ year career so far as a Building Designer started in Toowoomba (where I grew up) from 2004, and Brisbane since 2008 (after marrying the love of my life).
QDH is my vision of the ideal boutique, family-centered building design company. I pride myself not only on providing the best possible personalised service to our clients, but in bringing a fresh, youthful approach to every new design. I gain huge satisfaction from my work. I am ambitious and love a challenge, and in home design, it is always the challenging projects that deliver the greatest reward when a design concept is finally completed for the family I am working with.
At QDH, we are residential specialists in one-off, custom New Homes, Renovations & Extensions. Our aim is to help everyday families achieve extraordinary results - homes that are beautiful in form, yet practical for everyday family living.
