Welcome!
My name is Sam Davies and I am the director and owner operator of Queensland Designer Homes. QDH is located on the south side of Brisbane and provides building design & drafting services for Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and surrounding areas. I gain huge satisfaction from my work. I love a challenge, and in home design, it is always the challenging projects that deliver the greatest reward when a design concept is finally realised for the family I am working with.
At QDH, we specialise in one-off custom New Homes, Renovations & Extensions. Our aim is always to help everyday families achieve a result that is beautiful in form, yet practical for everyday family living, and within budget!
Personally, my career as a Building Designer began in Toowoomba from 2004, and Brisbane from 2008. QDH is the grand finale of all the hard work so far. I pride myself on not only providing the best possible service to my clients, but bringing a fresh, youthful approach to every new design.
